Rent Collection - 5%

For landlords who are happy to manage their property and tenants themselves but would prefer us to handle the collection and administration of the monthly rent.

• Monthly landlord statements.

• Transfer of rent to your nominated account.

Premium Management includes everything within our Fully Managed service, plus additional oversight, greater flexibility and out-of-hours support for genuine tenant emergencies.

If something goes wrong at 4am, the aim is simple: you shouldn't need to be the person whose phone rings.
