Tenant Find
Landlords receive £50 off our £595 Tenant Find fee for every AFC Rushden & Diamonds goal scored, plus

Maximum total discount: £300 per property.
Where a landlord has more than one qualifying property, the applicable discount can be applied separately to each property.
Premium Management
Our Premium Management service includes Tenant Find within the management fee.
If AFC Rushden & Diamonds win any home matches played while the DIAMONDS promotion is active, landlords taking Premium Management can instead receive a reduced management fee of 10% rather than 12% for the first 12 months. That's our Premium Management service at the same management rate as our standard Fully Managed service for your first year, with Tenant Find included.

You must contact Open House Northampton within 48 hours of the final whistle of the qualifying match and quote DIAMONDS.

Discounts are calculated from the official result at the end of the match, excluding any subsequent changes to the result.

The maximum sales discount is £300 per property.

The maximum Tenant Find discount is £300 per property.

The Premium Management 10%. The offer applies to AFC Rushden & Diamonds home matches played while the DIAMONDS promotion is active.

The reduced Premium Management rate applies for the first 12 months of management only, after which our normal applicable management fee will apply.

General Promotional Terms
All Open House Northampton promotions are subject to these general terms unless the individual offer states otherwise.
Open House Northampton reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw a promotion at any time. Any qualifying promotion already confirmed in writing with a customer before withdrawal will continue to be honoured on the agreed terms.
Promotional offers do not alter any other obligations contained within our agency or management agreements. Where there is any conflict between promotional terms and a subsequently signed agreement, the promotional discount confirmed in writing will be incorporated into that agreement.
Eligibility for our services remains subject to our normal property, compliance and client acceptance requirements.
Offers have no cash alternative and cannot be transferred or combined unless expressly agreed in writing.
